Total Systems Operation The system operation is the total time all Teal System units have been operating.
Total Systems Downtime The total system downtime is the total time Teal System locations have been un-operational due to equipment failure or equipment maintenance. Down time is defined as the hot water storage tank becoming cold. Down time is updated monthly. Power,water or gas service interruptions would not be counted as down time.
Uptime Percentage The uptime percentage is the percentage of time that all Teal System units have been providing hot water. Example Total System Operation divided by Total System Down Time = Uptime Percentage
